Absolutely. Nail biting is often an unconscious reflex linked to stress or boredom. Our rings act as a healthy substitute: as soon as you feel the urge to put your fingers in your mouth, play with the rotating element instead. It's a beneficial new reflex that saves your hands!

What material are the rings made of?
All our rings are forged from high-quality 316L Stainless Steel. It is a robust, hypoallergenic, and above all, unalterable metal.
Will the ring rust or leave green marks on my skin?
That's the strength of stainless steel: no. Unlike brass or low-quality silver, it does not oxidize on contact with skin or sweat acidity. Your finger will remain spotless, and so will your ring.
Can I wash my hands or go to the sea with it?
Yes! Our rings are designed for real life. They are resistant to tap water, soap, and even seawater. We simply advise rinsing them with fresh water after a swim in the sea to keep the rotation mechanism perfectly fluid.

Does the rotation mechanism make noise?
We have selected precision ball bearings to make the rotation as silent as possible. You can use it in the middle of a meeting or class without anyone noticing anything.
How do I choose my size?
Most of our models are adjustable. Thanks to their open structure, you can tighten or slightly enlarge them to perfectly fit any finger.
